Elemental: Stat Weights in 5.3

I'm (slightly) organised this time around, so I'm able to get some guide updates and blog posts out right around patch day, rather than being Weeks Behind. In any case, I've been doing some work on talent & stat weight analysis over the last week. With no further ado, here are the graphs.
Talent DPS Breakdown
This graph is the standard "How does this combination of talents work on this encounter type" graph. I've added the new "Hectic Add Cleave" encounter type into the data outputs so we can see how that affects things. As you can see, Echo beats out everything for T4 talents but Elemental Blast & Primal Elementalist are fairly even on some fights, with one or the other taking first place depending on how frequently you can cast EB. The cleave/movement fights favour PE, while EB has the edge on more stationary fights, but there isn't much difference between the two now. Unleashed Fury trails on everything except heavy movement fights.
Weights by Encounter
Here we have the value of stats for each encounter type, using the best talent combination for each. Most follow a standard Haste > Mastery > Crit pattern except for Add Cleave & Heavy Movement. Nothing too surprising there, given the top talent combinations seen above.
Weights by T6 Talent
Lastly, the weights by Tier 6 talent. As you can see, the standard Haste > Mastery > Crit priority is standard across the board, with the only variations coming in the relative weights of each.
While all of these tests were run with both T15 4pc and the Sinister Primal Diamond, without either or both the stat weights should remain fairly similar as it was the now virtually insignificant 50% soft haste cap that was changing priorities as obtained one or both.
